Valentin is amazing! 10/10 would highly recommend. He's knowledgeable, reliable, well supported, stands behind his work, and well organized! So difficult to find all that in any GC! Furthermore, his rates are very reasonable and in my case he went way above and beyond with his work, delivering far more than the minimum agreed upon. I just had Portland General Construction repair molded siding on my house. They gave me a prompt bid ( which came in at a reasonable price) and got the work done in two days. They worked even in the rain. They were careful to explain what the problems were and what needed to be fixed. I highly recommend them and plan to use them again.
